و المفوضية الأوروبية وجهت دعوة يوم الجمعة للشركات الناشئة والشركات الصغيرة التي تطور تقنيات يمكن أن تساعد في مكافحة تفشي COVID-19 للتقدم بطلب للحصول على تمويل سريع من الاتحاد الأوروبي.
وتتعلق هذه الدفعة بمبلغ إجمالي قدره 164 مليون يورو يتم توفيره للبحث والتطوير من خلال مجلس الابتكار الأوروبي (EIC) - الاتحاد الأوروبي وسيلة تمويل تدعم تسويق التقنيات عالية المخاطر وعالية التأثير.
